Thank you to those who attended and supported the 2017 MLS Foundation Cardinal Classic Golf Outing! Through the support of 21 volunteers, 135 golfers, and over 50 sponsors, the golf outing raised $16,270. This support is crucial in helping the foundation fulfill its mission of supporting Michigan Lutheran Seminary.

Here is a breakdown of the day’s winners:

Mike Reis, Keith Schultz, Jim Thews, and Mark Thews

Our foundation board president and his team (Mike Krueger, Kevin Krueger, Billy King, and Bob Lindsmith) had the highest score and went home with some nice Christmas inflatables for their yards.

TEAM 2The team of Hunter Miller, RJ Pratt, Johnathon Boyd, and Jacob Wright won the contest for the “most creative” team photo (although we do not advocate trying this pose yourself).

The MLS Foundation was established in 2001 as a 501 (c) (3) public charity to assist high school students financially as they train for the public ministry. The Foundation also will assist students by funding special programs and projects, underwriting non-budgeted items for the school, supporting international cross-cultural programs and providing college scholarships to Martin Luther College. All donations are tax deductible under the IRS code.
